Due to the size of our company, we are able to score points in comparison to our competitors, above all through flexibility, adherence to deadlines and rapid response.
The alleged price advantage of the "small offices" (in the offer phase) is certainly made up for by many details in the uncomplicated handling from the beginning to the completion of your project - continuity, security and speed must, however, also be worth something to you (should you have recognised any differences in price).
BEFORE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS:
- Partition designs and proposals
- Delivery of (current) data such as DKM and GDB queries, orthophotos, laser scan data (and large own stock of existing "old data")
- Site and elevation plans
- 3D-Geländemodelle
- Drafts and preliminary plans for initial planning purposes
IN THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE:
- Fixed prices for small construction projects
- Quantity-based prices for larger construction projects
- Stakeout protocols and sketches for each survey
- Cubature and mass calculation including logging
