Civil engineers are also authorised by law to prepare expert opinions (private and court expert opinions). And we are also allowed to represent our clients before authorities (after their written authorisation = commission).

Dipl.-Ing. Bernhard Rosa has also been registered in the list of generally sworn and judicially certified experts in Austria since 2005 and has since then also been commissioned by the courts (district court, provincial court, Higher Regional Court) to prepare expert opinions in his field of expertise, surveying (boundary disputes, boundary determinations, sunning/shading expert opinions and the like).
